Malaysia Resident Visa




Pakistanis not qualifying for immigrant or student visa to USA , Australia , Canada or Europe for any reason can go to Malaysia and can live there on long term basis under Malaysia My Second Home program.


no age requirement 
no language requirement
no education requirement


only thing they need is investment of 300,000 Malaysian Ringgit (equal to 75 lac Pakistani rupees)

applicants aged less then 50 are required open a fixed deposit account of 300,000 Malaysian currency in any bank with a local branch in Malaysia
They can take back half of amount (150,000 Malaysian Ringgit) back after one year and only 150,000 (equal to 37 lac and 50 thousand Pakistani rupees) will be left invested with bank

applicants aged 50 and over are required open a fixed deposit account of 150,000 (equal to 37 lac and 50 thousand Pakistani rupees) Malaysian currency in any bank with a local branch in Malaysia
They can take 50,000 Malaysian Ringgit back after one year and only 100,000 (equal to 25 lac Pakistani rupees) will be left invested with bank

or if applicants aged 50 and over don't have enough money they can still get into this program they are required to show proof of monthly off-shore government pension of at least 10,000 Malaysian currency (equal to 2 lac and 50 thousand Pakistani rupees)

*after investment of above amount Malaysian Government will issue 10 years (extendable) residency visa.

*Applicants are allowed to bring along their spouse and unmarried children below 21 years old

*only over 40 year old are allowed to work part-time

*Applicants can also take their parents (60 years and above) with them no separate application required for them

*Applicants can purchase home

*if applicant want to cancel his residency his full amount will be return to him with amount earn on investment , this program is 100% risk free
