Immigration to Province of Manitoba

Anyone who is permanent resident or citizen of Canada and lived in province of Manitoba for one year can sponsor following relatives

sister or brother
niece or nephew (ex: child of your sister or brother)
aunt or uncle (ex: brother or sister of your mother or father)
first cousin (ex: child of your aunt or uncle)
mother or father
grandmother or grandfather

all young people from Pakistan who wants to come Canada for study , please go to province of Manitoba for study because they can get PR easily after completion of their study

also for Pakistanis (who are PR or Citizens of Canada) living in Calgary if you want to go to university for more education in Calgary , i would suggest you go to Manitoba for study , this way u can spend one year there and will be able to sponsor your brothers or sisters or cousins but i am not sure weather this rule will still be there after few years.
